Hydrocyclones

Flocculation and dosing control
Compact unit in a single tank with three stages: preparation, maturation and dosing. The powdered flocculant enters through a screw feeder, is mixed with the exact amount of water (grams per litre), matures, and the dosing pump sends it to the clarifier tank according to the set-point from a unit that measures settling time. Dewatering screens
They drain the sand so it ends up with low moisture and can be stacked. The slurry enters at one end, the deck mesh lets the water through, the PE side profiles keep the sand in, and two counter-rotating vibrating motors move the sand to the discharge.
