Vibrating motors, spare parts and repair kits
Electric vibrating motors for any vibration application: screens, dewatering screens, feeders, hoppers, silos and conveyors. There are many types: we help you choose the right one.
For which applications
- Vibrating screens and dewatering screens
- Vibrating feeders
- Vibrating conveyors and extractors
- Emptying hoppers and silos, chutes and discharges
- Any other equipment that needs vibration
How it works
A vibrating motor is an electric motor with eccentric weights on the shaft. As they turn they generate a centrifugal force that makes the machine vibrate, and it is regulated by adjusting the weights. A single vibrating motor gives a circular vibration; two turning in opposite directions give a linear vibration: the forces cancel in one direction and add in the other.

Electric vibrating motor.
There are many types
- Different centrifugal forces, adjustable on each model
- From 2 to 8 poles; three-phase, and also single-phase and direct current
- Long-shaft versions for screens and flanged versions for the machine wall
- Versions suitable for frequency drives and ATEX versions
Vibrating motors are supplied with a warranty.
Common spare parts
- Vibrating motor repair kits
- Bearings
- Eccentric weights and weight adjustment
- Covers, oil seals and gaskets
- Terminal boxes and electrical components
With the vibrating motor nameplate, or a photo, we identify the model and references.
Exploded drawings
We work with exploded drawings with numbered parts, which reduces ordering errors and speeds up replacement.
We help you choose the vibrating motor
The choice depends on the equipment and the application. You can start from what you have:
By application
Screens, dewatering screens, feeders, hoppers, silos, conveyors… Tell us what equipment it is for and how it works.
By nameplate
With the nameplate of the current vibrating motor, or a photo, we identify the model and references. If you can, also measure the distance between anchor points.
By equipment
Tell us the type of machine, its weight, the available voltage and the distance between anchor points (between the fixing holes), and we will outline the options.
Frequently asked questions
Can you identify the spare part from the vibrating motor nameplate?
Yes. With the nameplate or a photo we identify the model and the references.
Which vibrating motor do I need for my equipment?
It depends on the application (screen, dewatering screen, feeder, hopper…) and on the equipment. Send us the nameplate of the current vibrating motor, or the type of machine, its weight, the available voltage and the distance between anchor points, and we will outline the options.
Can the force of the vibrating motor be adjusted?
Yes. On each model, the centrifugal force is adjusted by changing the eccentric weights.
Are the vibrating motors supplied with a warranty?
Yes. Vibrating motors are supplied with a warranty.
